thanks for clarifying that … no wonder the guys at the BB said that it has already been redeemed (which is not hard to guess because there is a barcode on the coupon)

So I am assuming you have to be BB rewards card holder? They never said that at the store today instead they all but accused me of trying to commit fraud by using a coupon that was already redeemed. I told them I just printed it out today and they said it was a fraud.
sorry to hear that… in-store freebies can be quite unreliable … most of the time staff including the managers are unaware of the online promotions … but in this case, I am assuming that someone leaked a BB rewards coupon…
