Official rules state that “The Dunkin’ Donuts 20 Dozen Promotion begins at or about 7:00:00 am Eastern Time or whatever time the participating restaurant officially opens on 1/1/12 and ends at or about 11:59:59 pm ET on 1/1/12, or when all prizes are awarded, whichever occurs first.”
