When returning the completed rebate request, it is stated quite emphatically that “No post office boxes are allowed; only street or rural addresses acceptable”. I only receive mail at a post office box that I have had for 30+ years. My city doesn’t provide home delivery. Yet I notice the address I am instructed to mail my rebate form to is that of a “P.O. Box” . Why the double standard?? If you can use a box # then why can’t I?? Doesn’t make sense!!
I mailed in my official form for a $5.00 rebate on CTW Starter Kit Rebate, along with the required official proof of purchase, on 6/14/10. I have not received my rebate.
Shall I assume that this company does not honor it’s word? If this is the case, I now terminate my many years of use withClorox products.
My answer to the above questions is NO. According to the official rebate form, this offer expires 2/01/11. I have submitted the required rebate form and proof of purchase on 6/4/10 and have had no response. Am I to assume that this company does not keep it’s word regarding rebates? If so, I now terminate my long term association with Clorox.
On the third try,

I too sent in my request form and kept a copy of it and my receipt. I mailed mine in 6-19-2010. I used my PO Box and never noticed the diclaimer about the PO Box, but I live in a small town in Texas that has 700 people. The PO box is the only way I can get mail, they will not deliver to an address in town. And it’s really about the principal here. Getting a little aggravated…
I mailed my rebate on 9/17/2010. I still have not received my rebate. I go to your
web site and they say not valid. Is this just another false advertising.
I would like to know where my rebate is????>
Karen
i to mailed my rebate out on 9-17-10 and i have not received it i tried to go to the site online and it doesnt exist whats up with this???
Just purchased the Clorox Toilet Wand starter kit with the rebate sticker on it. It shows no experation date for the rebate on the sticker, but when I get to the rebate page it states that the rebate expired over a month ago. This is just plain annoying. Won’t make the mistake of trying something new from Clorox again!!!
It took me forever to find something about the rebate on my computer. Since the site it said to go to DOES NOT WORK.. I just purchased the Toilet Wand yesterday at our local IGA store when shopping. I did notice there was only one package about a rebate. But box did not give any expiration date or anything. Once I finally found something on my computer, it says expired. From letters from other people, apparently it’s been out for a while, which the rebate should have had something printed on the box or little pull off rebate (Pink) mail-in rebate offer. It’s also very hard to believe the store has had something sitting on their shelves that long, according to the other notes I have read with date of 2010 and 2011. I tried it out and it works fine, but very disappointed I am not getting a rebate. I had to pay $11.29 at our local IGA store. I won’t be suckered into trying something new again from Clorox. When you don’t have a date on the package it should always be honored. guess I will have to share this on my Facebook Account.
