I have been involved with this program. Customer support ignores you, you have to work so heard to earn crap rewards (9000 points for cheap kitchen tools). They expect too much from you. It is a lot of work and they track where you go on the internet. It is not even worth it! In order to get any results from what I needed from customer support, I had to go through linked in and find a higher up executive to get my issue dealt with. Mind you I had been calling their customer support for 2 months everyday. It is only when I had to go over their head and direct to the mentioned exec that my issue was resolved in minutes. If you want to be jerked around for a lot of nothing and put in a lot of work with EVERY PURCHASE MADE, go ahead and waste your time with this crap program.
