Not happy with Serta. So far, I have not received my sheep AND I contacted them to change my address and was told the sheep are “only a promotion when purchasing a new mattress.” I will not rely on email contact anymore, but I WILL call them tomorrow to get to the bottom of this.
My husband and I went to Sleeps and got a queen size box spring and mattresses, also, purchased a twin size box spring and mattresses, would like to get the sheep, how do I get them.
