I tried this yesterday & they would not honor the coupon as the manager said this was personal coupon only for the 1 customer that it was emailed too not everyone in the United States.
This one should have been honored. If you can, please try a different store in your area.

I had the same experience as Mary (the coupon is specific to the customer). They honored it for technical reasons, because they couldn’t find my rewards account in the system AND the coupon prints so small that it wouldn’t scan. I wonder why this worked for Isabella.
