I went to Target to get the wipes, but they were not priced at $1.00 each.
The price at Target is $3.12, so there is no way of getting 3 packs for free with a $3.00 off coupon.
The same Item at Wal~Mart sells for $2.96, so using the $3.00 off coupon, you have to buy 3 to get one of them for free.
Its only the 4-count wipes that are priced at $1.00 each… It could be that you checked out 12-count wipes which are priced around $3.

The only size that was on the shelves at both Target and Wal~Mart was the 12 pack.
There was no 4 count at either store!
