To play without making a purchase, call toll-free 1-800-646-2904, during the Game Period, and follow the automated instructions to play for a chance to win a prize (also a “Play”). Callers will be required to provide their phone number, including their area code, and date of birth (as two digits for month, two digits for day, and four digits for year) to verify eligibility. If you are an instant winner, you will hear a voice message indicating that you have won (subject to verification). If you are a winner, the message will also provide next steps explaining how to claim your prize.

Prizes (7,334): One (1) Skylanders figure character-Flocked Stump Smash.Frito Lay Skylander’s Exclusive Stump Smash Giveaway Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $8.00 each. Winners must accept prize as stated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Plays received and the time in which they are received. Total ARV of all prizes is $58,672.00.

Could the toll free call possibly be a scam? Because they record our voices, date of birth, and address..?

I won…and I still don’t know exactly what it is that I won. lol. I don’t think I’ve ever won an instant prize contest before.

I don’t think it’s a scam because the website actually showcases the number and so does the Activision website.

I called about 20 times for the frito lay flocked stump smash. I have only received one skylander. It is terrible that you let people on ebay get their hands on the skylander before the giveaway was over. I told my grandson we won one only to disappoint him that in fact I haven’t won one. I think this was a big joke. I buy only your products which are the best. I feel so bad to have to tell my 6 year old grandson he doesn’t get one and I am not going to pay a scalper x amount of dollars to get one. I hope you are happy with yourself in disappointing all the kids who did not get one. Hope you are proud of yourself.
