Buy any of the following ZYRTEC products: ZYRTEC 10mg Tablets 3, 5, 14, 30 or 40 count sizes; ZYRTEC 10mg Liquid Gels 12, 25 or 30 count sizes; any Children’s ZYRTEC; any ZYRTEC-D and if you are not satisfied, print and return the ZYRTEC Satisfaction Guarantee Rebate form along with the original UPC from your ZYRTEC® package and the original store receipt dated between 1/1/12 and 12/31/12 with purchase price circled.

A refund check will be issued for the actual price paid in cash or cash equivalent excluding product shipping and handling charges. The cost of first class postage stamp will be reimbursed in refund check. Offer open to U.S. residents only. Limit one (1) refund per household (except in Rhode Island). All refund requests must be postmarked by 2/28/2013.
